Thread Link: I bought this account from bluejays420 approx 19 hours ago

Explanation:

Bought the account bluejays420 (bought from Madz) about 19 hours ago and went to sleep woke up ( 12 hours or so later) and went out for valentines dates and etc using my phone to chat on here (RDP)

I logged in today approx 3 hours ago (to the time this post is written) I had moved approx 10m in gold over to account and did some pking for a few minutes then pked in tournament worlds for the remaining time (taking breaks to eat and hangout with wife). I logged in less then 20 minutes to go find out I am perma banned.  Now from my knowledge this account is a month+ old and has many quests on it.  I bought this account to invest into use for my farm but it hasn't even been 24 hours since I received it and it is perma banned. I payed $41.10 CAD for the account . I believe the account was flagged for termination before I purchased it either in the past from Madz botting on it or from bluejays420 boting on it.

 

it is possible Madz can remove the ban by recovering it in a week or so from now but I dont want to be involved in this *

was told he would quash it asap recently 

I just want a not banned account or my money back

Update 4:07 AM EST I am going to sleep will be back at approx 2PM EST Latest Madz has my skype so if he can quash the ban he can just skype me the info 

Update: 5:01 AM EST should be sleeping but finishing work still.. contacted* by MADZ and he will be attempting to quash the ban.

I requested both @Madz and @bluejays420 to reply here.

Maybe @Madz can indeed recover the account and have the ban quashed, otherwise @bluejays420 will have to refund you.

why am i suppose to refund? i did not bot on the account at all ? how do you guys know tanged didnt bot the account when he prucahsed it? why am i being thrown under the bus for this

Do you have a thread or any terms of service in which you discussed with the buyer? If so link the thread or images of the chat logs.

Thank you. I see the ban is non-appealable due to it being a bot ban and the ban has not been quashed.

 

Will discuss this further with staff. 

It was discussed with the staff team and we have decided that no refund is in order since @Tanged could've easily botted and gotten it banned in 19 hours himself.
