Buy a alfa router

set-up a vmware

hack your neighbours wifi and connect in the vmware server to it using the alfa router
use your default pc or different server with your LAN cable

This way you have 2 residental IPs on 1 computer

OR

Find someone who trusts you

install a raspberry pie zero ( only cost like $6 ) at their location and connect it to their router
Configure their router so that you can SSH into the raspberry
Make a reverse SSH and use their router as a Residental VPN

Disregard that, Get a VPS from proxyfish pref start at a sapphire if you want to run at-least one bot. Once setup download a viewer(I use VNC Viewer) and connect to your new server once setup.

And yes it is overpaying especially when you think on long term
Stealing wifi is a great way to start a farm since most of us started on a tight budget
