After shifting everything to the new case I haven't had any issues. Prior to that dangling wires should not have been issue as I made sure of that, but the screw might've been it. Although I think it was overheating.

Dusty power supply? Dust can be conductive.

 

Not enough voltage to the cpu? Id suggest not changing the voltage if not needed to. If you do, do not changr it more than 0.01volt at a time. Overvolting is the main cause of killing computers.

 

What rating is your power supply? I have a 650w 80+ Gold
