Proxy help

I wanted to start a little bot farm and i see a lot of people saying the use proxies, but iv'e got no idea how to use it what one is the best and what so ever.. if anyone please could help me that would be awesome because, everytime i'm botting with like 2-3 accounts they get banned after 1-2 days! thanks to anyone who helps me!
