imo yes, stuff like the regen pool and edge respawn all should be accounted for.

The way I price stuff, I take 40% of the cost of everything I think is useful and add it up.

So, yeah it'll increase the price, but it certainly isnt worth getting on an account before selling

but if it was already done, i would raise the price because of it.
