Yes, it could be possible to be banned while babysitting. I expect they could detect the non-human movements of a script. 

However, this can be easily avoided if you limit yourself daily with the amount of time you bot.

I am sure they're able to detect the non-human movement within a small time frame, so rather than limiting the botting time, act as a human and have the bot take breaks, and at least a solid 8 hour sleep period.

 

I never normally allow my bot run without me being close by, specially in an area where you may encounter a few players from time to time, always good to talk now and then.

Yes, i used to baby sit some of my accounts and have watched them get knocked off the server and tried to log back in and they were banned. ( i dont baby sit anymore, not worth the time lol)

I was babysitting my account once and when I took my eyes off it for a bit, I got banned. People got banned for leggiting, but still got banned. The reason was they were botting before.

You'd still be botting, so yes.. It's always possible to get banned from botting.

unlikely if you are babysitting the whole time, and are responding to text etc, but if you're doin suspicious stuff yes
