It is free till a specific lvl and then costs 9.99 €/$ but Nintendo promised no more costs (no in app purchases nor ads)

Currently only available for Iphone/Ipad

I like that you can play a few lvl's for free to check it out before you purchase it.

but you need to be connected to the internet the whole time..

it won't load without internet access
