Explanation:

I normally wouldn't have made a big deal out of this, but since this twat is arrogant, irresponsible and literally ignorant I find this very appropriate to post. I ordered 51-70 agility - Friday - I was given 2-3 days eta but probably done before [see evidence]. I then remind them its been more than 2-3 days, and he starts trash talking me.  It's second time that he's not keeping eta, and then proceed to trash talk about:

1. How I'm not realistic even though its him giving the etas.

2. Me being delusional and making the ETA's up.

 

I Said this time if this ETA isn't held I will claim refund. Not to mention Lepurc/nathan didn't end up doing the order at all.

I am the person who has been handed down this service from Nathan/Lepurc. Now, I don't want to get too involved with this, and I am leaving Sahand's AIO Service asap, nor am I taking sides. 

 

The order was handed down to me by Lepurc on Friday, however I don't believe I was ever told an ETA on the job. I was aiming for Monday/Tuesday and I even stated this to Dynamite, but I never said it was a definite. May I just say that ETA means "Estimated time of arrival", so if it isn't done by the ETA you cannot exactly dispute since it is only estimated. I understand if Nathan stated that it will be completed by "2-3" days that its only fair for a refund is given if not completed by the time frame. 

 

On the other hand, Sahand was being quite rude and arrogant towards Thomas for no reason at all. I stated the service would have been done by tonight, Tuesday, however due to all of this bother I cannot finish tonight which was the "estimated time frame". There was no need for Sahand to come into the chat from nowhere and say what he said to Thomas (https://gyazo.com/cb381587f152818b6829a6e505360b74). I told Thomas the order would have been done by the end of tonight and there was not a problem with that, till Sahand started speaking.

Thomas/dynamite first used sahands services for some quests which he stated he had certain requirements and he didn't which delayed his order for a couple of days due to him not being able to provide the right items. He decided to bring it up  when I was added to a group chat with him and sahand to discuss his new order and blamed coreh the person who done his first order. When i joined the chat  sahand was trying to take the payment for the order which thomas was getting rude and angry about it and also towards sahand even though he was the one in the wrong place. I was told by thomas he expects 2 days no more no less, I stated to him that we give an ETA and it's never an exact time. Throughout the conversation there was an argument over numerous things and I told sahand I no longer want to do his order. I asked coreh who had done his previous order and he had said he was fine doing it and I gave him the details to the account and told him to work on it straight away. I stated to him that most of us work or go college or school in the day and doing 51-70 agility in 2 days may be a bit of an ask. I think coreh should just finish his order and then he can no longer use sahands services if he believes that he/we are arrogant and irresponsible.

First of all, I only asked twice about whether it was done or if you/worker had updates.  Second of all, you've agreed upon the ETA given - I.E accepting the gold trade. You seem a bit off in regards to how a service is being operated. You can't just throw your workers under the bus and expect them to take all the trash. You're responsible for whatever happens. 

 

You're very arrogant and treat people like shit EVEN though it's clearly your mistake. Coreh has done a good job considering he was thrown into this mess. A very good job. But that doesn't change the fact that you haven't kept your part of the deal, which btw was very clear from beginning.

 

Not to mention how you keep trash talking me and your workers behind the scene. The only reason they don't do shit is because you hold their money/payments.

Going to lock this, make sure the order is done today. I guess having it done in 4 days is still a reasonable timeframe since it was just an estimation.

@Sahand I suggest you to treat your customers a bit more polite next time and maybe they won't immediately resort to creating a dispute against you.
