I did buy a account with 70 range only and 0 quests points for $25 (litterly the cheapest i could find)

 

i'd say this is well worth over $80, stats alone already.

hence though, i didn't buy this off forums, did in the past, and it makes my skin crawl how many poeple just recover back their accounts.

I think it's worth around 80-100$ but I would go for RS Gold instead, I don't trust people that much!
