daffy duck was banned on pb for scamming over 200m then vaded as bugs bunny and scammed more (not sure how much)

this person has a 2 day join date and a very similar name

is also posting in market section (accounts)

 

just curious if its the same person?

    Is there a dispute or did he post his Skype somewhere on pb?

    I'm going to archive this because I can't link them at all, could be a coincidence.
