I just watched the Mexican Grand Prix. Lewis Hamilton first, Nico Rosberg second and Max Verstappen third. They have just finished the race and the 3 podium racers and standing in a little room waiting to be awarded their trophy then out of no where the race officials give Max a 5 second penalty and now Max finishes 5th.
