Issue with skype.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong but I've been trying to make a new skype because i'm pretty sure it gets annoying for people to add my skype in e-mail format which is how my skype is right now. How would i be able to make a new skype under a regular username?

 

I'm sorry in advance if this has a simple fix and i was just too stupid enough to figure it out
