Searching for client....

So far I bought VIP 3 days ago and a script and only got to use it twice for 3 hours total time and tried running it over 30 times.

Is the client down today? I cannot find a thread saying it is and everytime I open RS and mirror client it says "searching for client..." and takes forever and never loads...

HELP

Official RS Client? Are you loading the official client up before searching for the client to attach to?

I have tried with OSBuddy and it says to resize screen even if its in fixed mode...

I have tried with Firefox which i had to download and it worked fine for 2 hours until it crashed and now wont work again.

I tried with official RS client and it won't even recognize it.

I even tried with Safari on mac and didnt work..

I have re downloaded and deleted the bot client about 10 times now and it still won't work... Sometimes it will connect but then will freeze at loading hooks, but now won't even recognize a client

mirror mode rarely works for macs. i heard a couple people got it like 1 week ago, but i tried for a solid 1-2hrs and couldnt get mirror mode to work for me. would recommend just sticking with injection because they're basically the same thing

I thought mirror mode was way safer then injection mode?

I am trying to do this the safest way

people say that, but i've never seen anything that substantiates the claims. mirror mode removes potential traces on the client at the cost of computer resources. if you think that it'll help you, go for it. in reality though, i dont think it does much - if you're doing the same exact repetitive actions for 8 hours every day, you're going to get caught regardless

What do you mean cost of computer resources? And I would believe so because now they can simply track your client right? They would have to analyze me in order to fully know I am botting

no one really knows how jagex detects bots, exactly. anyone that tells you otherwise is either speculating or lying. of course i don't know 100% how mirror mode works, because i wasnt involved in making it, but what's been said by developers is that it takes more computer resources (meaning its more intensive for the computer to run), but as far i've experienced, i've extensively/continuously played on the stealth injection client and it hasnt made any difference in terms of bans vs when ive used osbuddy or the 07 client

i'll give stealth injection a shot...

thinking of just running a bot 24/7 getting most xp i can out of agility and take a 2 day ban and never bot again

you'll be able to bot far more if u do it in a smarter way... bot for around a few hours a day, if it's your primary acc, play as much as you bot and you'll unlikely get a ban nearly as rapidly. even just doing it for a few hours a day, if you're using a relatively well-made script and get lucky as well, you'll probably we able to last up to a month, or even more, without getting banned
