When people ask how to avoid this there is easy way to get not chargebacked

 

You must have 2 paypals

 

Real one

and fake Canadan one

 

Why?

 

You ask buyer/seller or whatever to send money to your fake Canadan paypal

Then you send the money from fake Canadan paypal to your real one

Problems solved now if the buyer/seller chargeback your fake canadan paypal goes negative but real one with CC not, so? just make new fake canadan in 5 secs

You don't need to be verifed on canadan paypal to receive/send money

 

I have got chargebacked on fake paypals many times but i have just send the money away before got chargebacked

Once your fake PayPal gets limited for whatever reason (usually within 1-2 hours since account creation), you need to provide details to prove the account holder exists. If you can't, say goodbye to the funds in your account + your real account might also get limited due to the fact two accounts under the same IP are sending and receiving money from one another.

good method to do this would be to do it through a "goods" trade and actually fake send them an item

or i guess you can just do gift and make your own tos if you want

 

and dont use the same ip on the fake one

but keep 1 ip for the fake one dont keep switching ip's

I done this method 1-2 years ago for a couple of days and both of my accounts (real and fake) ended up being limited. You can't cheat the system. I've learned that the hard way.

i was one of the first on hackforums to find out about this method. it works great against scammers. good job though.

Nope you just receive money and send it away

no? XD the account doesn't get limited within 1-2 hours since creation

I have still some fake accounts and their not limited and they are half year old

also it has to be canadan paypal no other countries they don't work

Yeah very good method doesn't have to be scared about chargebacks with new users and stuff like that

Also i haven't done anything with my ips still no problems paypal doesn't even care
