mirror mode bug - could not load stream library

when i add a bot with in the mirror mode i get the error in the title

Looks like it might be caused by your anti-virus, disable all antivirus software including windows defender and then try it, because I'm pretty sure "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software" actually comes from an anti-virus deleting it.
