Basically title says it all..

Ordered a Dedi last night and now 18 hours later it's still not "set-up" and no response from their customer support.

Read on the forums of their site that their support is lacking in most aspects, so I am requesting a refund from them.

 

 

Any recommendations on other good dedi suppliers?
