You can be Supreme and be a pro player. FaceIT/Esea has it's own ranking system based on how well you play, which makes games much more balanced and team based. Edited August 25, 2016 by FletchingNL

Basically Matchmaking is for casuals. FaceIT/Esea is for actual competitive games. Without cancerous casuals. - You get paid if you're decent aswell

The point is to play with better skilled players who actually communicate = you get way better. Instead of toxic retards in matchmaking, which is filled full of cheaters.
