Lol, MM means nothing rank wise. You can be Supreme and be a pro player. FaceIT/Esea has it's own ranking system based on how well you play, which makes games much more balanced and team based.

Basically Matchmaking is for casuals.

 

FaceIT/Esea is for actual competitive games. Without cancerous casuals. - You get paid if you're decent aswell

Instead of toxic retards in matchmaking, which is filled full of cheaters.
