Looking for an account with 75 WC

I want an acc with 75 woodcutting. That's all I want and all I'm willing to pay for. If you have other stats that's fine but I don't care about them and won't be willing to pay any more for the account because of them. I don't care about untradables or anything of the sort. I will pay extra if it's already bonded. I'm offering 3m for it, 5m if it's got 10+ days of membership.

Edit: I may pay more if the WC level is significantly higher than 75.
