The #closest<whatever>List(...) is fine an all, but I'd prefer having more control, better flexibility when polling the available entity lists. I'd prefer:

npcs#getLoaded(), objects#getLoaded() and players#getLoaded(), with perhaps extra methods that accept Filter parameters.

 

Also, can you please config the script#log(String) function as to accept Objects instead. It'd be more convenient rather than casting the input as a string.
