I recently sold some money on runescape to a guy named (Trump). Now 2 weeks later or something he got bot banned it seems and is asking a refund, means I cannot use that money. I have proof on skype that he accepted my gold and paid in paypall. Anyone who can help me out?

1. Make a dispute thread on here. Make sure to state his paypal name, so that if he tries to use it in the future, we'll know it's him.

 

2. Call paypal and explain the situation. If necessary, linking them to the dispute thread as evidence might even help your case.
