Title explains everything. These accounts are fresh off tutorial island and will have bonds applied to them right before the service is initiated. 

 

Would be paying via paypal, let me know your price on each account. Would highly prefer it be done by hand and to ensure this you'll be paying the initial cost of bonds if they're banned during the service.
