What is your agility level? I can do all for 14M if your agility level is 60+ within 24 hours. An MM would have to hold the money for us though. 

 

I should also mention that I'm open to negotiation on price, and that I shouldn't need anywhere near 24 hours, it's just in case some minor IRL issue occurs.

Well considering multiple people quoted me 11m-13m with an additional 2 quests on there, i would be expecting to pay 8m-10m now. Also forgot to mention, underground pass is already more than half way done.
