    Expiration of botting bans

    JGivan posted a topic in Botting & Bans
    So, I recieved my two-day ban for botting a very long time ago and then stopped botting since I didn't want my main account (made about 9 and a half years ago) to be permabanned. The message you're sent when you get your two-day ban warns you that the next botting ban you receive will be permanent. Does anyone know if that statement is 100% true? If the ban expires and my accounts "ban meter" (or whatever Jagex calls those bars) is reduced back to 0, will another botting ban still net me a permaban? Or will it instead just give me another two day ban?
