I am surprised that runebotter is getting away with this Hasslefree. I'm trying to run a service, and the neutral is affecting that heavily. It was at first a mix up and then I had to go to work which I did state, meaning that you knew when I was or wasn't working on the hunter

When rune botter took the order instead of myself, my tos were invalid as they are not his, and that was the day after freak placed his order. I did not waste 5 days of freaks time as I told him I could not do it. I then felt bad for him because rune was messing him about and used my own time to do a free service! Rune should be the one with the neutral, not me.

Originally I was going to do it for 800k but never started the order I only validated the details he gave me. He and runebotter then came to an agreement to do the service. When I found this out I said that the service is therefore rune otters responsibility not mine as he has changed who he is levelling with. When I found out runebotter had messed him about I then offered the free service. That is the one he has left me feedback for. I said that because rune had only levelled to 9, and freak had been waiting, that I would level his account free of charge, which I did. In terms of who logged on and actually started the requested service, runebotter did. I checked the log in details initially to the log in screen but not to the playable account. The only time I logged into the account and took control of the character was when rune botter failed to get higher than 9 hunter for freak. I offered the service out of feeling bad for freak and updated him constantly to my progress, to which I had no replies, thanks or anything of the sort, apart from a message trying to get me to join his poker site or something. I have done nothing wrong in this service, and tried to help freak out with some free power levelling after he was messed about. That is all there is to it.

Who was the service placed with: originally with me but then with runebotter shortly after (runebotter asked for money to do the service, I did not.). When I found out that Runebotter did only 1-9, I said that Freak should not pay him anything, and that I would work on his account for no fee whatsoever. I got from 9-22 (Sorry about the confusion) and then said I had to go to work as I was called in. I was then working all weekend in a busy city nightclub, and was unable to do any further training. What agreement was made upon placement, free/paid and if paid state when the payment was to be made (Before/After completion): Free training in the hunter skill Who was the FIRST user to log on to the account: Runebotter When did that User stop/couldn't continue with the service and pass it over: Because he wanted to basically take payment for a service and then pass the service to me after I already said that I couldnt do it at the time. When I found this out off Freak, I cut off all contact with Runebotter, deleted him off skype, advised Freak to do the same, and not to pay him a single GP. What was the new arrangement in terms of funds: No funds at all to be transacted between us. Completely free service.

I spoke to Freak and said that I would spend the day doing hunter for him until I had to go to work, up to 40 completely free of charge, and not to pay runebotter. I also suggested leaving negative feedback for him, as 1-9 takes 20 mins and was a poor attempt considering runebotter wanted money for the service. I did 1-22 for free and intended to do to 40 (again for free), but I was called into work and notified freak that I could not continue as I had to go and get ready.

No funds whatsoever were transferred between myself and Freak. I also told him specifically not to pay anything to Runebotter as I felt it unfair and an unjustified action on his part.

Thanks, I know he wanted to 53 originally, but the order was taken over by RuneBotter as I was working over the weekend. When I spoke to Runebotter, we said id do to 40 for free as it was taking a long time for Runebotter to do anything. I logged in that day and trained for a few hours, but had to go to work. Whenever I levelled, I messaged Freak, and when I logged off and was not available to work on the free service, I also notified him. The account and the service both had zero monetary value so feedback can't be left back for me not getting him 40 hunter when I told him I had to work IRL ( I work in a nightclub and work all night.)

Feedback can only be left for a service that has a value of over 100k OSRS. Also, my TOS state that I can cancel any order at any time. Got him 9-20+ hunter for free anyway.
