You will need to manually disable the pop via the checkbox on it. This weekend I'll add in handling of the popup though if you are running on a low level account I would just manually disable the popup from happening because the skeletons in the area could easily cause a loop of attempting to open the gate and being interrupted by combat when the pop-up comes up/ It does not.

It will charge orbs one by one by manually casting the spell rather than waiting after the spell is cast once for the game to do the whole inventory. This results in slightly faster charging time.
