Yes, because a transfer of 10m on a Fresh account that immediately starts merching doesn't look suspicious at all. There is no such thing as 'IP flagging', only Account flagging. If IP flagging was a real thing people would be getting banned for illegitimate reasons ALL the time. IE: Joe Shmoe down the street has a gold farm and resets his IP, and I do the same; I get his IP. I don't bot, but my 'IP is flagged', so I am accused of botting because Joe's IP is now mine. Later, I find my main account is banned. Use your brains for longer then it takes you to write a post. Learn how to blend in and not be a Bob bot.
