    I made a payment of $10 to http://osbot.org/forum/user/61251-designer/, it's been over a week, and the request is still incomplete. He stated that it would be completed within the evening of the purchase, however, he has failed to complete my request. I'd like to receive my payment back in full. I'm currently unable to file a dispute, due to the method used to provide the funds (Gift). *I'm aware of his inability to produce, due to his job situation.
