If you won't bot overnight, take varrock teleports/glory and the best food u can take. Go to red spiders in barb stronghold floor 3, put a good AIO Fighter on and keep returning every 2-3 hrs depending on your defence.

my longest on osbot is like 21hrs, but back in the days on RSBuddy it was 115hrs of dungeoneering. lol.
