gone through 5 headsets in 3 years, they usually break or have some sort of software issue. I'd recommend the RIG 500HD They're light and comfortable, have great mic and sound quality, comes with dolby surround which u can toggle with a button oh and u can buy any component that breaks instead of buying a whole new headset Razer should only make keyboards and mouses
