Oh god please read the information correctly. Dripple said that the log is from a previous incident to which he went off without telling us and i had to finnish the order.

Dripple in that skype log i clearly said 'give us a notice when ur going off' if you were to do this, this wouldn't of happened i am 100% sure it was you as you were the last one on it. No one else could of done this. When i gave QW3 the details, nothing happened, he completed his part of the service and logged off. When i passed it to you, this happens. @Nick, i dont know what proof to provide as i don't have any at this moment in time. But i dont know how he's trying to argue his case. I gave him details and he tells me he's starting. almost 15mins after i gave him the order he goes offline on skype. At this time i should of checked the account, but i trusted dripple and thought he's probably still on the acc and just went off skype. This is because, as seen in the skype log dripple provided i already stated if your doing an order and your going off you need to give us notice which he didn't. In my eyes i'm 100% sure it was Dripple. What time did you log on the acc to find it logged on? and why didn't you inform me when this happened?

What i dont get is this dispute should of been over 30 odd comments before when we came to the conclusion that the refund price is 8.55M all this extra information is irrelevant. So can we put this dispute to bed.

if you re-read what i wrote you'll notice i said that i didnt have workers when i took on the order which is why i paid realife to do get the order started and powerlevel one account. to which the next day i hired workers to complete the rest. what you proved basically confirms what i said.

There is no way i will pay higher than 2.85M each because that is the FULL price agreed. You can not provide any evidence at all that there was an agreement or even something in the t.o.s that proves this. Sorry quoted the wrong message, I was meant to quote Nike

This is completely irrelevant. You are giving off the impression i took the order from nike and passed it directly to Realife. I only paid Realife to help with a small part of the order which was to powerlevel the stats. Keep in mind i still had to powerlevel 2 other accounts and then quest on all 3.

Yes the account Realife was working on was indeed one of Nike's, At the time i paid Realife to do the powerlevelling it was prior to me having workers. I didnt think i would need to until Miley notified me of him going away for 4days. so in order to complete the order in the allotted time frame i had to hire workers. which would take a while so for the time being i paid Realife to powerlevel one account and then i hired workers the next day. I dont see the problem about the legitimacy of my service. I thought this was already cleared as both you and smart posted regarding this as seen in the quotes above.

As Miley already stated we offered you 7M per acc which includes bond which then if they were to be banned you would recieve 3.5M per acc. But you refused and offered to pay 5.7M if you supply the bonds. We are only inclined to refund 50% of what you paid to us. Which at this point is 2.85m X3 = 8.55M. I have that ready for whenever you want to collect, i have messaged you on skype

Here's a pic of protoking stating he recieved the acc while it was banned already from Realife. So Realife should gain the negative feedback and we can close this dispute as i have recieved the refund already.

I was given the details and i was supposed to be doing this order but as i didnt have enough time i passed on the details to one of my workers (QW3) to do the mining legit. Before i passed the details i logged on the acc to check if there is any wealth on bank and there was 8M cash (a little extra not 100% what exactly) and a minimum of 1.5m in items, there was also void and a torso. QW3 completed this without any problems what so ever. After i payed QW3 for the service he completed i had to head back into college and so i asked my team who would want to do the 65-68slayer legit. Dripple offered to do this. As i cothuldnt xfer the wealth to my account i thought dripple would have sense to know that he can profit way more than a measly 9.5M from being legit in our service. A few hours later dripple is offline and the customer asked for an update for his order. As dripple was offline i decided to log on the customer's account to see how far dripple has got. As i log on i see him standing at duel arena with no armour on. I run to the bank to see it has been cleared of everything. Even the torso/void was dropped =/ As there is no point arguing about the situation I offered to compensate the customer to the best i can as it is my fault for not transferring the wealth over. As there was no joining fee upfront for joining our service we implemented a 20% commission off all orders which 10% goes towards insurance. Dripple has so far worked off 205k of that 5m. For compensation to my customer i offered him: 205k of Dripples insurance 4.8M out of my own pocket to add up to 5M (with the insurance) A Torso for free Bronze to rune defender (which were all dropped) A set of armour and weapon And to complete the service he has paid for. In conclusion to this i would like Dripple banned. As he has obviously no intent of returning the wealth he has took.

Nike did not mention anything of the sort prior to our agreement before he paid. It is my fault however that this situation arised. This still does not justify why a service i ordered to be done by hand was hit with a bot busting ban.

Realife your just making things up now. The only time i logged on during service was when it was hacked. 2nd of all Nike did not specify he didnt want anyone else to do it? where did you get this information from.. I have recieved the refund of 1.5M from protoking just now. But as for the negative fb, Protoking and Realife need to provide evidence of who was last on the acc when it was banned. Realife claims he passed the acc to protoking while it was unbanned.

As i have explained to you this was prior to me having workers. Any way on topic can you provide info of when realife quit the service? so then we can establish if it was him that botted an order that should of been done manually.

He paid us 5.7m per acc for the 3 accounts which is 17.1m. We agreed that if an account is to get banned we will refund the user 50% of what he paid (50% of 5.7m). 2/3 of the accounts were banned during the process while we still have 1 acc in progress. I am more than happy to refund the user 5.7M (50% of 2 of the banned accounts) but he somehow thinks we agreed that we pay for the bonds. We had discussed before if we supplied the bonds the overall price would of been 7M per acc. I am only inclined to refund 50% of the pay we recieved for the order which is 5.7M for 2 of the accounts banned.

Just to add on more info i've spoken with protoking about a refund and he said he'll refund me when he gets back from school which im not worried about. The main issue here is that the fb should have remained there. omg please do not try and justify the ban, it was to be done LEGIT, this is stressing me out. If someone was to order legit powerlevelling from me i would be inclined to remove the t.o.s section which is about bans because it is to be done by HAND. the only way it could get banned is by a flagged ip which you guys already admitted that it wasnt. The only way it was banned if Realife or who he passed the order when he quit (which if you could provide info on what date he actually left @protoking) botted the order which to me deserves a negative fb.

@Nick, no a ban is not undeniable during a service when you order it to be done by HAND / LEGIT. 2nd of all shouldn't you confirm with ME if i have been refunded? isnt that what your meant to do The main reason for this isnt about the refund its about the negative fb remaining there.

As to the situation i ordered for powerlevelling to be done LEGIT which i paid 1.5 to REALIFE. at no point where he had the account in his hands was i told he had quit the service and passed the acc to protoking. On top of this, this is our last convo(see below**) where we started talking and as soon as i mention the acc he doesnt respond which made me suspicious and log on the acc. As i try to log on the acc says its banned. If i were to not of tried to log on who knows when they would have notified me that the acc had been banned. and please do not mention Flagged IPs as the user stated it was not because of that. In conclusion the removal of the negative fb shouldn't have been removed because it is justified. It is not a neutral fb it is NEGATIVE because he did the complete opposite of what i asked him to do therefore the negative should remain there. On this site i only see the negative fb used on banned users or pre-banned users for scamming and such. This makes it some what pointless. why leave negative fb when the user is banned already? This situation here should come under the negative fb because members should see that this User went against what the customer (me in this case) ordered. **
