yeah but you can't protect from both melee and range so its a bit of a stupid point saying 'yeah use protection prayers you'll be fine' also he could have been pjed mid-fight in which case protection prayers wouldn't have been used even if he had 43 prayer

poly staff staking works by having 28 items in your invent so you don't have for example a noxious staff (i've never done it just watched wildyowns1's video on it)

make a 42 defence void pure you can do zulrah etc and still pk!

i'd train atk pking to 75 then sotd to 99str like @epsilon said but i'd definitely train your range up and magic to 94 first

i get banned loads with ip changes every ban, i don't use mirror because my computer can't run it - hits 100cpu but i've used it before and it doesn't seem to decrease ban rate too much

unless they do a rollback of the gold / track all the duped gold and remove from game nope well...unless they do a major bot nuke and ban loads of peoples mules holding gold that might make it rise i guess:P but realistically no, but it might slightly increase after this all dies down

good luck! i had a farm of 4 doing sharks 76 to around 85-90 all 4 got the banhammer and since then my accounts don't even make it to 76:(
