I have put FlowerMan in TWC and requested he post within 24 hours or be IP banned.

So I can't say 100% who recovered the account. For all I know it could have been a friend IRL, or someone who keylogged you, etc. So I cannot really find evidence to force him to pay you back. This is the risk associated with account buying. Not much I can really do for you. However, Al, please recover the account and give it back to him.
