    Content Management for a website experience anyone?

    I am currently in the process of creating a website and have designed all the layouts with the use of media queries and percentages but am looking for a decent free content management system to really improve the user experience and enable me to hand the website on without having the ongoing updates. Does anyone have any experience or know of any good content managements systems? Thanks.
