Dear mods, If i'm banned without let it be so. I have had several cases opened about me the past days all from unhappy people just wanting to get revenge on me. If this really holds as proof i would like to go ahead and talk to some guy on skype, and say "Hey, just gve you 50m on 07, confirm its you, paid" Screenshot it and post a dispute wanting a refund. If he really did sell me any gold he would have had proof, he is surely just trying to set me up and you guys are most likely tired of checking out the real proof because of the last dispute, however i won both and i still will refund the user his paypal money when the case settles. So i have no idea why i'm being accused, but let it be so. Thank you for your time, and if there is any common sense you will review the case. Aesthetic

Okey, that's it! I put my feet down on this, i am sick and tired of this guy. I have the right to charge him as of right now. He goes on to make harrasments , then leaks personal information about me. He also mentions sending things in my name to me, which is known as ID fraud. He can pretty much order anything under my name, and he keeps annoying me and calling me out. I would like this to stop, i hope you guys take this as serious as i am doing, because it's not a joke. User is removed and blocked from my skype until we solve this.

After trying to tell him to relax several times, assuring him whatever happens i will refund him. Telling him to wait for the case to be over, he still keeps calling me out and using non accepted verbal language. Sorry, but i cut contact through skype with the user, so we will be solving this over here . Tell me if there is anything i can do Mods.

Also another thing, user tried his "ideas" while i was in the state of sleeping, how is he allowed to try "ideas" on a case i'm involved in too? Doesn't both parts have to agree , just thinking in terms of law here. He shows the intelligence of a cow, without any further thinking of the consequence he closes and re-opens a case ,which he knows will just make the case longer. If were going to play a theory game i think the user just did this little scheme to make the case longer , and trying his best to just ban me because he is full of hatred, i don't think he actually wants his money back, because he knows he gets it back 100% anyways. Also he is threatning me to buy 45m 07gp to deliver ingame on skype so user clearly wants my money, not his own. Keep in mind, this is just a theory.

Your not helping at all with your theories, and closing and re -opening dispute, it's just going to take longer. This is my one and only Paypal account which i can have confirmed sending picture of my transactions.

1. The TWC and negative was from another dispute which is taken care of, two please stop being so imature about this before i remove you from my skype and only solve this from here. 2. Your being paranoid as fuck , i did never secure the money, because paypal put it into hold right after, the money was never into my account. 3. We did not have a "Refund" option, however we talked through skype and decided to send Paypal a note on what to do. Just waiting for the case to be over and see what happens, if i do win i will refund him 100%.

User ordered the service "JAD ONLY" and as my only one firecaper was kicked and banned, i can not go through the service, therefore i have offered to refund him another 2.5m + the insurance fee which sums to a total of 7.5m. However the customer does not seem to want to accept it.

If you or the user would love to help me it would be great! I find no refund option, however when the case is over and IF i win, i will refund the user 100%.

I will compensate a firecape service for him myself free of charge or return his 2.5m that was taken for the service. And as goes for the insurance money, whenever he is online i'm ready to meet him ingame and pay.

Before ordering from me he never warned me or told me anything about his account ( Can provide whole skype conversation, he never tells me about the wealth), all the information i was told was that there is 2m on it , and it's ready to do jad. He then made his order and handed the details over to me.I handed these details directly to my worker for him to get started. My worker stopped responding me and logged out, i had my reasons to start worrying, so i right away told Toogie to change his password and hope for the best (picture) . Second argument: The user can't provide his loss. He does not have a picture before starting the service of his bank, and since he never told me i did not login to get one either, he was in JAD at the moment. So i can't be 100% positive if he did have the items before start or not. Third argument: I clearly tell in my thread that if my worker decided to do something like this he will be kicked right away, and the insurance fee will be covering up for the loss. However since the loss was so big in this case (according to the customer) I tried my best to see if i could refund 100%, however my boss wont let me. He is set that we follow our Terms of Service, which everyone that uses my service agree on automatically if using my service. Another picture, he did not read my thread to see the warning . "Clearly says you should hand me the items if its over 15m under service". He did not read. Conclusion: All i can do is refund the insurance money of my worker, i can not do anything else, especially when there is no proof at all either of his items on the account.

Just got this message from my worker- "Just letting you know im grounded I can't continue with the services for a while. You will have to take over for the 90 str. I will receive no payment for that you keep it. Also just save my 15m because I'm only grounded I'll be back some time in the near future". However i will give the order to someone else in my team.
