he tried logging in from my client, i could log in but his still says invalid username or password, how can i contact a person with authority to help me out. i would like this resolved asap

He virus scanned his computer and doesnt have any viruses. no trojan horses nothing that could possibly steal a password thanks for the help @snipe ill let everyone know if it fixes it

Hello OSBOT community id really apreciate any help i can get, My friend's osbot account JUICYJCAN is either Bugged/Hacked When he logs onto the bot client it appears as if his password was randomly changed he says no one knew the information to the bot just him he tried to recover but the email wont show up in his email he checked junk/spam for some reason he can still log into the forums but whenever he clicks on a link it says error couldnt find that or you do not permission to do that! Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you! (he had paid scripts so it makes it a bit of a big deal)
