how i check if banned from site

i can sign in but anything i click gives me an error and says i dont have permission my friend let me try his and this is how im posting under his acct i can do anything but when i log into mine i cant check anything ive made a new acct and same thing

this is my friends acct and i can see everything in forums but when i sign into mine it gives me an error message saying i dont have permission but on his acct i can see anything in forum help help help
