I wouldn't trust a paid service to unban your account. I have never personally had experience with any appeals of mine being successful, especially if it was for a macroing offense. I believe someone posted an unban guide somewhere on this site a while back, but I'm not sure where to find it

Definitely "buying" the items can help. As long as you don't trade massive amounts of GPs and items over at once, you should be okay. You can always drop trade as well, or stake the money in the duel arena and then lose with one account. You would need 2 IPs for that tho
