    I suggest trying to add the card to your paypal to see if it works before contacting me. Create a new paypal, attach it, see if it worked. If not, don't contact me.

    I need a prepaid card with any balance on it. Willing to pay up to 3m osrs for it, so don't put a lot of money on it. Looking for used ones. Note: I am putting the card on my paypal account so it must be able to apply there.
