The idea is i'll be opening a graphics website with my partner, we will be hiring graphic artists and have come searching. I wont be relieving much about it yet as we haven't made it official as of yet. But the plan is 95% go. What? I'm looking for graphics artists with a good level of skill to work for me. You would be designing for an upcoming graphics website. How would i be paid? So far as discussed with my partner, designers would get a set amount for each piece of work they design. What would i be designing? Logo's Signitures Avatars ETC - Whatever you specialize in you will be set to work in that area. What do i require to join you? Good knowledge in graphics Creative Honest person trust worthy, e.g wont try resell graphics. Be willing to learn more. How does this benefit me? Improve your graphic knowledge.
