I'm having a hard time finding information on this. I'd like to host my private server so I can write bots that I never intend to put on a real server. I would actually prefer if the private server was old to be as close to 07 as possible. I just think it'd be fun for me and my friends to write bots and have them compete. Most of the info I find are guides on how to set botting up for today's production servers. I also understand the client I use needs to support botting or something like that. Just looking to get pointed in the right direction. Thank you.
