    Jagex account not working again.......

    I started using bot manager and I get an error message *pinned. I can login with patched client and everything works perfectly but I want to start using the manager. the login details are 100% correct, although the password is complicated: has upper, lower case, numbers and dashes "-". Im not even prompted for the email code it simply fails to log in. Using the most recent version 2.7.51 operating system MacOs Any suggestions could it be because of the password or operating system thanks!
