Guys finally I received an e-mail from jagex I am banned for 1 day. But I would like to know if we are perm banned can we get the account back?

go to www.runescape.com and click on manage account, then log in and it'll tell you if perm ban or temp pass ok but i my account is not even in the highscore it says inexistant account and I was never banned since 2005 If you think it's hacked, you can log into a different account, add the old rsn, and see if someone changed the name on the account. Could do see it for me ? my runescape account is mendossa1 Nothing comes up I will send an e-mail to jagex because when I logged in today the game bugged but i was seeing the world but i couldnt move, then i exicted the game and when i tried to relog in it gave me this problem.

Hi, I would like to understand how you know if you are banned on runescape. When i want to access my account on runescape It says wrong username or password then when I try to reset my password with e-mail it says your account password changed successfully. Then I re-inter my new password and it says invalid username or password. Thx for helping me osbot community!
