    Did I buy worthless proxies or am I doing something wrong?

    I bought 3 Static Residential US Proxies from IPRoyal.com as they advertised their proxies as being good for OS botting. I set up a virtual machine with VMware. As soon as I get to account creation, I'm hit with a "Access Denied". Error reference number: 1020. Checking online gives me a bunch of genuine players being told to disable their VPN among other non-relevant fixes. It's clear that Jagex knows I'm using a proxy to create the account, but creating it on my personal IP would just flag the account once booting the game with Proxy enabled. I tried using a HTTPS Proxy connection with Chrome, and a SOCKS5 connection with Opera. Have the IPs I bought been used and abused already, making them useless? Or are there settings I can change can hide the fact that this is a proxy connection? If the IPs are useless, can anyone recommend somewhere to get fresh IPs for account creation and botting? Thanks
