Explanation: Ordered 100m from them a week ago, they want an ID verification and i'm not going to give it to some random gold website so they said they can refund me, saying it will take 3 business days. after that 3 business days i've asked them every day and they keep saying i will get my refund in next 24 hours "for sure".
