    Error Code 15 and FingerPrinting

    Was wondering if anyone could help me. I am unable to create new accounts on the OSRS website because every time I receive Error Code 15. I was able to create accounts before no problem. I believe this is a fingerprinting issue, since changing IPs had no affect. I have tried installing several blockers, cleared the cache + cookies, and changed numerous browser security settings trying both firefox and chrome but to no avail. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue or get a generic fingerprint? I'm at my wits end here. Thank you for your help!
