i am not on wifi and ill give it a try its just weird it didnt do this b4 but now i instantly lagg on it

ive tried 5 diff vpns, i mean my ping going up to 2k+30%packet loss if i open up any page/on skype or im on ts3

Didnt happen before but past 3 weeks or go i cant go on a vpn +browse stuff without dcing is it just my internet?
