Not sure what your experience is, but I would start with f2p if you are new to the botting world. Keep in mind, a lot of the free f2p scripts are more likely to get banned, but it'll break the ice for you to get into more lucrative botting later on. If you are savvy with java, I'd say write your own scripts so that you aren't using the same one 1,000 other people are running. Look up the trade restrictions for f2p, and avoid those types of resources for bots. You'll probably get banned before you break the trade restriction requirements on a new account.
