Botted for only an hour and got banned on new account?

Can you bot 12 hours a day but take breaks without getting banned? Or is botting OSRS not possible anymore? -
Used Khal AIO Fisher at Lumbridge =/. Should I wait a few days before start botting?

What gives? I haven't logged on this account for a while and I was only going to bot a couple hours and got banned. D= guess botting isnt really possible anymore? Was using Czar Motherlode
