So do Jagex monitor you by how many hours you have logged on your account or by how many reports?

Still nothing, When the bot comes up it says in green ERROR][08/05/13 04:27:51 AM]: Error loading settings! java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

I click sign out and it doesn't do anything, doesn't even give me the chance to log in lol

I load the bot up and click "sign out" but it seems to be unresponsive, although If I click the + sign it'll say "please sign in" help would be appreciated!
